Allison joined sweetgreen in October 2016 as Value Chain Coordinator. In this role, Allison is building out the network of local farmers supplying sweetgreen along the East Coast. Allison works to continually build and strengthen partnerships with farmers using sustainable and regenerative methods to manage their land. Before joining sweetgreen, Allison was the Food System Project Manager at The Enterprise Center Community Development Corporation (TEC-CDC) where she guided strategic planning for several food-oriented projects. Allison also managed TEC-CDC’s urban farm, farm stands, CSA program, community programming, and restaurant incubator. Allison has a BS in Landscape Horticulture from the University of Delaware and received her MS in Plant Biology in May 2015 from St. Joseph’s University.
