Currently a co-chair of the Anti-Hunger subcommittee at FPAC, Amy Goldstein is a Registered Dietitian who works as the Nutrition Manager at Philadelphia Corporation for Aging. In this role she focuses on nutrition programs for older adults such as the Congregate and Home-delivered Meal Programs and the Senior Farmer’s Market Nutrition Program. At PCA, she is an organizer for the Defeat Malnutrition Today: Philadelphia Coalition and co-chair of the resources committee in this group. She also works as an Expert Coach at Livongo, an Applied Health Signals platform, for members living with chronic conditions. Previously, she has worked as a retail dietitian at a local supermarket and at the NYC Department of Health on programs including the NYC Food Standards, Healthy Hospital Food Initiative, and research of healthy checkout lines. Amy received her Master of Public Health from New York University with a focus in Community Nutrition and her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Maryland, College Park. She grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia and has been living here since completing her education.
