Dominique Aubry

Aubry
Dominique brings experience working in government, education administration, education reform, higher ed, non-profits, and start-ups to FPAC. Her interest in food systems stems from her childhood watching her parents grow everything from corn to pumpkins, and learning about organic and healthy food. Over the years, she has engaged more in the food conversation around issues such as GMO’s, pesticide, water contamination, colony collapse disorder, diabetes, and obesity. In 2012, she co-founded a food company that focused on creating accessible organic, allergy-friendly food, and launched a line of gluten-free fruit and nut bars that is currently selling in coffee shops, yoga studios, and farmers’ markets in Philadelphia.

Dominique is a City Year Philadelphia alumnus, and graduated from Lehigh University with a BA in Political Science and a minor in religious studies. Dominique received an MS in Education Policy & Research Evaluation from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education (GSE). She is currently the Managing Director of Impact Hub Philadelphia and the President of the GSE Alumni Board. Dominique is excited to contribute her time and passion to FPAC, increasing the availability of healthy foods, while also increasing the infrastructure around food delivery and access.
