Dominic McGraw is the Energy Project Coordinator in the City of Philadelphia’s Energy Office, part of the Office of Sustainability. In the Energy Office, he manages projects primarily for the Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Fund (EESF), which awards capital funds to municipal departments that are looking to organize energy efficiency or sustainability related projects.
